金属启示录（Metalocalypse）于2006年暑假于美国地区首播，目前累积到了第三季，，第四季预定2002年春季播出。
内容围绕在一个虚构的重金属摇滚天团『死亡丧钟（Dethklok）』身边所发生的各种事件，不仅大方地恶搞了许多一般人对于重金属乐的偏见、刻板印象等，还不时把一些现实生活中的天团给消遣一番。
